We are the Hockenberrys, soon to break ground on our first home with Tamanini homes, and I want to share our story. About six months ago, my husband and I sat down and decided to take the big step and sell our current home and build our dream home. I called several builders who were either unwilling to help me or were trying to talk me in to something I did not want. I remembered this little development next to Mechanicsburg high school that we have driven through a while back and liked the style and location of the homes. After searching the Internet, I quickly found that development was Trindle Station and Frank Tamanini was one of the builders. Feeling convinced I was going to have another disappointing phone call, I called the number on their home page. To my surprise Frank, himself, answered the phone. He made me feel comfortable and seemed like he wanted to get to know me and my family and what we were looking for in a new home.

Two days later we met with Frank and he welcomed us with open arms. He not only took the time to find out what we wanted in our dream home but he offered to assist us in selling our current home. Before we knew it, we had a home plan picked out and Frank was at our current home giving us advice on how to get it ready for sale. We followed his advice and professional direction and our home sold within 1 month. He negotiated to get us a great offer and even was willing to adjust his commission to help us have more money for a down payment. In this economy you don’t find many people that would do that.

Through the whole selling process, whether it was inspections, mortgages, repairs he was always personally available day or night. There were days I thought I talked more to Frank than my own husbandJ He never guided us in the wrong direction and I truly appreciate that. Frank even realized that although we had our heart set on a current home plan he thought we should look at a more inexpensive model that had everything we wanted and would allow us to do more upgrades. He even arranged for us to personally go in someone’s home to see it since it was not one of the model homes. To me that shows it wasn’t about the money, he wanted to make sure we were able to get our dream home at a price we could afford. We did change our minds and once again followed Frank’s advice. We are building the "Annapolis" and we could not be more excited. From an upgraded kitchen, to a rainfall shower head, tray ceilings, and hard wood floors I never imagined we could ever have this.

Frank and his staff have made our dream come true for our family. Frank is our realtor, our builder and I can honestly say a friend of our family. I can’t wait to see our home being built over the next several months and I know I won’t be disappointed. Their logo says it all "Quality is our Standard"
From the bottom of my heart, Thank you!!!!

(even the dogs are excited for their new yard too J )
